: Application (facility) was for PCB light exposure unit – setting PCBs on vacuum chuck by vacuum for drying the PCB with infrared rays. Existing vacuum pump, motorized vacuum requires many difficulty matters and it has to be improved with best solution.
■ Advantages of VMECA Solution
: The existing motorized vacuum pump took up a lot of floor space (too large). Cause of the oil leak from the pump, making the workshop environment dirty. And it was required too frequent checking and maintenance.
In addition, we have improved all of the above by replacing it with MPM-series Vacuum Pump when it is difficult for workers to work around this due to the heat generated by motorized pump.
