Press Release

On December 23, 2011 we issued a press release describing the events of the joint press release of KPS and PIAB dated April 27, 2011.  Our statements in the press release of the press release description were not entirely accurate. In the settlement agreement, both parties maintained their legal positions. PIAB did not consider its position to be as disadvantageous at the time when the settlement agreement was concluded at both parties’ mutual interest.
